Therefore, it is crucial that we get all the correct information from you, and that the correct process is followed, to ensure that we on-board like-minded partners who can be part of our growth and future success.

PLEASE NOTE

• Experience in the Fast-Food industry, FMCG, QSR industries will be advantageous. Should an applicant not possess relevant experience, we may request applicant to bring on board an Operating Partner with the relevant experience who will need to be given equity share in the business through an investment.

• We require Hands-on, Full-Time operators not just “investors”

• Should there be two or more partners joining this venture, we require an application with supporting documents for each partner.

• Application process may take up to 6 weeks from date when all supporting documents have been received.

• Should the outcome of your application be unsuccessful, Pedros reserves the right to not disclose the reason.

• Each applicant is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Application fee of R2875-00 is Non-Refundable in the event of application being unsuccessful.

• Minimum R2000 000-00 cash on hand (Own Contribution) is required to be reflected on Bank Statement upon application stage.

• 100% of the Development fees will be due before any Shopfitting will commence.

I hereby irrevocably:

Authorize the financial institution selected by Pedros to contact any of the referees (including but not limited to banks or auditors), mentioned in this application form and to obtain any additional information which the financial institution, in it sole discretion, may deem necessary;

Authorize the financial institution to cross refer any documents or information regarding my personal, business or financial affairs to one another, in as far as it may be necessary for either ofthem to comply with their agreement.

I hereby declare that the information provided in this application form is to the best of myknowledge true, correct and accurate in all material respects.

I acknowledge that failure to disclose any information that are relevant to this application, or the furnishing/provision of an untrue, incorrect or inaccurate information will render this application or any agreement or subsequent agreement entered into between the franchisor and myself (eitherpersonally or on behalf of any company) or myself and the financial institution, null and void.

I herewith declare that the amount as stated in the application as own contribution has not been borrowed from any source where it is repayable in the future or where it may cause any financial liability to the business.

I further acknowledge that this application does not constitute any form of agreement or contract whatsoever between the franchisor, the financial institution and myself, and is no way binding on either party. However, if any finance is granted to me as a result of this application, the information contained herein will work throughout the duration thereof and form the basis for such financing.

I acknowledge that if finance is approved by the financial institution in addition to this application form, I will be required to complete and sign documentation to be used by the financial institution, and to pay the costs involved where applicable, which I agree to do on request.

I authorize the financial institution to disclose full particulars regarding the approval of my application to Pedros.

I accept that all information provided in this application is correct, factual and a true reflection of my state of affairs. I accept that information that is provided here will be used to determine my suitability for a Pedros Franchise and should information provided be found inaccurate, then Pedros reserves its right to institute legal action against me and claim any losses it has suffered as a result of inaccurate information provided by me
