The government funder requires you to be approved first before they can give you the funds
and this is not in alignment with our franchising process as we require you to have a minimum
of R2 million unencumbered funds before you can start the process. Therefor it is critical that
you have liquid funds available which are unencumbered funds of your own.
Unencumbered funds are required to be shown at the start of your application process in the form of a 3-month stamped bank statement.
Standalone stores range from 120 sqm to 250 sqm. The capital required for a standalone store
range from +- R2,5 million to +- R3,5 million excluding VAT.
drive-thru stores ranges from 175sqm to 300sqm. The capital required for a Drive Thru
store ranges from +- R3,5 million to +-R4,5 million excluding VAT.
The above setup cost is depending on various factors such as condition of the premises, landlord
contribution, facilities and fixtures in place, size of the store and electrical supply in place.
Additional Capital Required:
R2 875-00 application fee (Non-refundable).
R125 000,00, excluding VAT – (Franchise Joining Fee) payable once a Lease Agreement is signed.
R655 000,00 – Operating Costs (Landlord Deposits and Rental, Training Disbursement, Opening Stock, Small Equipment as required).
R160 000,00, excluding VAT – (Design and Project Management Fees, Legal Costs) payable once a Lease Agreement is signed.
5% – Royalty Fee, based on your monthly Total Net Sales.
2% – Marketing Fee.

allocated to you and your Lease Agreement is signed.
